Mr.Edward Eisler of Jing Tea will give a talk on the 6 categories of China tea and explain Gong Fu tea making. He will also make some tea for the audience in the workshop.

China Week 2008
China Week is an annual week-long event held at the LSE. It aims to promote a better understanding of China by bringing together a variety of events including lectures, workshops, debate, food fair, film screening etc. China Week this year is, for the first time, co-hosted by five societies including China Development Society, Chinese Society, CSSA, HKPass and Taiwanese Society.
